- Review your room dimensions and aesthetic preferences prior to your consultation.
- Assign a designated specialist from our Calgary or Toronto office to contact you.
- Prepare accurate, itemized quotes for custom window coverings, flooring, or stone overlays.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photographs to third-party marketers or advertisers.
3. Where your information is stored
Inquiries are transmitted directly to our regional sales inbox via encrypted email delivery and stored securely. Uploaded photographs are hosted on secure Canadian-accessible cloud storage (Vercel Blob) with cryptographically randomized URLs that cannot be indexed or browsed by the public.
4. Data retention period
Customer inquiries and uploaded images are retained for up to 24 months to support project quoting, follow-up consultations, and warranty servicing, unless deletion is requested earlier.
5. How to request deletion or correction
You have the right under Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA) to access, update, or request the immediate deletion of your contact records and submitted home photographs at any time.
